this what I got, the degeneration of disc at bottom when the cushion becomes thinner, its very painful across my back and I get pains down my legs as well. Its horrid to live with but oh well. No choice, some one spoke to at gym had back operation and it has not helped him at all he said. I think once a back problem, you got it for life.
