  • what? why did they stop it? i was hooked and wnated to watch the rest of this awesome dr who episode

  • im insane! i haven't episode yet. looks fantastic. the dr looks kick ass in this episode.

  • 3:18-3:23 is class; Section Leader Shaw: Brigade Leader! Brigade leader: "fires extinguisher at primords "die beast things, oh s**t im out of ammo".

  • Inferno along with Death to the Daleks was one of the first Dr Who stories I was watched, and truly one of the best.

  • i like how they just run pass two fire extinguishers at 2;18 -2;27

  • After seeing this again the other night I have to say that this is now my favorite classic series story. It is gut-wrenchingly, nail bitingly, sitting on the edge of your seatingly good.

  • At 2:25 you can see two more fire extinguishers. Why did nobody use them?

  • @MarkAJAgi i did and was just about to post the same thing

  • I am so sad they never aired in the

Philippines. :-( But i truly like this series

  • Classic Who at it's best!

  • This sounds silly ,but those creatures actually were quite freaky!

  • Great video, and lovely to see Jon Pertwee on top form.

Is it just me, or are those fire extinguishers a bit pathetic? I mean, blazing candle maybe, but anything bigger and you'd be stuck...

  • Jon Pertwee was wonderful as the Doctor. When he spoke you listened!

  • what is it about people in movies and series, the first rule in a show is, DON'T TOUCH IT! 0:31

  • 'stop talking so much!' LOL.

  • Looks fantastic.

  • they clearly ran past at least five other wall mounted fire extinguishers and didnt think to use them

  • Ah, they're just models to fool the safety inspectors. Cutbacks you see. ;-P

  • the other man with cream shirt played za son of the firemaker.

  • the man there played Kal the firemaker in an unearthly child

  • I havnt seen it before but it dosnt really look that good, pertwees a perfect dr though isnt he

  • its a BRILLIANT serial, in which the dr visits a parallel universe. pple in our universe are digging a hole, believing a great power source lies beneath. visiting the parallel universe by accident, the power source turns out to mutate the staff and turn them wild! (resulting in a cool eruption, which the dr barely escapes) classic stuff!

  • Inferno is one of my favourite dr who stories of all time first time i watched it was gripped n hooked

  • @MikeRylatt I like it a bit and the third Doctor (Pertwee) is definatley the best imo but the story didn't work for me, thought it was drawn out and didnt have a good enough monster.

  • I suggest you take the time out to watch the whole of Inferno, if it doesn't grip you like wet rope then perhaps telefantasy isn't really your thing.

  • 100% Class, Jon at his best. Fantastic story too. Definitely one of his very best.
