@ravendream33 Thank you my dear :-) I really do appreciate, honor, and respect your input and opinions. Despite my "knowledge" of health science I'm really just a Philosopher at heart who above most things really enjoys being made to dig deeper :-)
@TheLiveFoodist I do agree that if technology can produce something as great as the internet, cell phones and 3-D movies......then how can we not be able to produce tree ripened fruits in greenhouses all over the world so that it does not have to be picked and shipped weeks ahead of time? You are also correct....there is not a great enough demand ....YET. I learned that in economics class years ago. Demand will dictate what is supplied and also the cost at which it is supplied.
@TheLiveFoodist Junk is cheap, because it's demand is high. I live in Florida, and still here, most of the grocery store fruit is not ripe when it hits the store. If fruit is allowed to tree or vine ripen, then the mineral and vitamin and even ormus content is multiplied exponentially.
@ravendream33 I am sure I will find that out when I roll into Florida next month. I am going to be staying in Gainesville for a bit but then I hope to get down to Homestead ASAP for some real food :-)
@TheLiveFoodist Good idea to keep on pedaling south. Even north Florida has been in 30's this weekend! Can't stand it anymore. I am ready to move to Hawaii or even Ecuador to avoid winter altogether! The Keys should be very nice weather! You will have fun biking over all those bridges :)
@ravendream33 I am in Ecuador right now. The fruit here is magnifico. The fruit can be quite decent is south Florida, but it ain't Ecuador. Keep peddling, Matt. I'll have bananas, papayas and mangos waiting for you.
this video needs waaaay more views, just watching this is bringing me back to my philosophical roots instead of the i'm right your wrong paradigm

The fruit here in Ontario is more expensive than any other foods, specially the organic ones. :(
