Can barely see and only with glasses (which I never wore in my life before Lyme). Hang in there and start to look at alternatives such as Ozone and IV Vitamin C.
Caffeine is a no no man. It will destroy your already depleted adrenals. First things first. Cut out ALL the crap that doesn't belong in your body starting with the coffee and "soft" drinks. This is serious shit. Take it from me you cannot get away with cheating. I know because I have tried to cheat and I end up getting hammered even more. Lyme does not allow for an occasional candy bar or potato chips. If you want to get well you must get serious about it. % years and counting for me.
