I took apart completely one of the problematic mags (not an easy job) and found out the problem. The return spring of the valve pin is crushed into the valve, locking the pin in.
With the other mats, lots of oil and turning the pin anti-clockwise may move the spring into position, if not, you'll have to open up the valve, take out the spring, take out the pin and tighten the spring a bit.
That worked for me, but opening the mag is a somehow complicated task.
Late response but... I've just bought 3 of them from ehobbyasia and have the same problem, with a pliers I managed to loose the valves out of 2 of the 3 mags. An moving them in and out for a while with tons of silicone oil seems to work.
Valves seems to be very bad machined... so, use a pliers to pull the valve out and maybe you can make them work.
