  • Hey, I remember this tour. Pro Pain were on tour with D.R.I., Exodus and Body Count. Now that should've been included on those lame ass I love the 90's tv shows.

  • finally I founf this song . long time ago ten years now

  • Been listening to these guys since i was younger had a chance to meet them at studio 1.Totally cool dudes great band.Im a forever fan.

  • seen these guys with d.r.i @ testament in a club in cleve,oh. awesome show

  • Definitely reminds me of the band "Biohazard"

  • Meskil was better in the crumbsuckers....but this was an awesome album ....never quite got the magic of this album after it.....jmo

  • I got to see these guys in St Louis when they opened for Green Jello and Testament. One of the best concerts ever. Only band that was nice enough to hang out after the show and sign autographs. Still one of my all time favorite albums.

  • Saw this video on headbangers ball when i was 13 in 93 went out and bought still love it to this day.

  • i dont know why but this song is for me one of the best songs in metal history ......

like skeletions of society and one......

  • Love this song, stay hardcore.

  • PRO PAIN... like this...

Perhaps the most influencial band on myself ever...

I even went as far as to have my license plates have PRO PAIN in Virginia back in 2001. I wanted to get them to sign the plate. That is most support I could give them. I was going to see them at a local joint near virginia beach but the place was closed down for prostitution and drugs, what a shame... Most of the other time they are in EU. Come back and put out another great tour Meskil I want to see the PAIN!

  • murder 101 is better

  • um, it's yulk

  • very very good the best band yeahhh !!!!

  • My friends from Baldwin NY CRUMBSUCKERS 2 GENO~The Great Drum tech!

  • Cool song, bad video.

  • I just posted a much better quality video of this. Sound and picture and far better. I tried to put the link in but youtube won't let me. You'll have to find it on your own, but it's Pro-Pain "Pound For Pound" good luck.

  • by 0:09, why is there a hammer sickle symbol?

  • Because Pro Pain is showing it as an symbol of represion and this song (Pond for Pound) talks about represion.

  • I saw these guys live in Hadley Ma in 1993...They opened for Testament.

  • KILLERS!!!!!

  • that's on 1:03..LOL

  • "fist over your face" (the lyrics) and fist on the video..I LOVE IT..so 90s..LOL..but yeah,,love this song..part of our high school days..uurrghh!!!

  • wish this was better quality so i could play it WAY louder

  • Great band. Great song. Really cool bunch of guys. Terrible hair. I'm glad Gary and Tom discovered the clippers.

  • @likeitis2020 who the fuck cares the hair!!!! this guys are amazing with or without it

  • Even after all of these years...........Pro-Pain is sick!

  • Mullet power!!!!!!

  • saw pro pain with Exodus, D.R.I. and Body Count. damn i'm getting old. that gig rocked.

  • That's where I heard Pro-Pain for the first time! That tour, in Baltimore, MD. Have loved them since!

  • Saw them in '94 with Life of Agony and the Spudmonsters.

    My best gig ever.

  • Man you ain't kiddin'

  • bro I am jealous! must have been good times!

  • LOL

Propain made "Buck Chili" look like a retard everynight on that tour. Testament couldn't stand getting upstaged every night.

    Good times.

  • IRAQNOPHOBIA!!!

  • "Mind over fist and fist over your face"

    Gary freakin' rules!

  • wote?

  • soon you regret u ever did see me, crush ur body like bugs on the tv! FUCK YEAH!!!

  • still the crunchiest fuckin metal band i've ever heard! i've loved these guys since grade 7 (94) and they still sound soooo fuckin tight. we used to play this song for our warm up at hockey games, it scared the shit out of our opponents. vive le Pro-pain!

  • I love the mullet whip at :20!!

  • crunchiest if the fucking word!!!

  • Gary with long hair :D

  • I saw these guys with Green Jello in Hollywood like 16-17 years ago!! They were awesome!!

Amazing that this still kicks ass all these years later

  • I saw the same tour,It was Testement,Green Jello and Pro-Pain I got there just as Pro-Pain got done. I WAS PISSED!!!! saw Green Jello and Testement.

  • the music aint bad but these guys look like fucking idiots.

  • the lead singer was a member of hardcore band crumbsuckers

  • i have to add, Im from the philippines this band is a virtual unknown here unless you watch mtv's headbanger's ball then.. but God! i just love how this song make you want to bang your heads around!! wooooo!!!!

  • Yeeeaah!!! this song blew us up when we were high school kids!! kudos for uploading this great vid!! I just love this!!

  • i saw pro-pain in austin, tx in 93 at a small club called, backroom- i think", they opened for green jello(best comedic value) and testament(ok filler band) pro-pain rocked the f'n house down, i was right up front and could not move my head the next day, what happened guys?

  • Their still around.

  • I saw them in Kansas City, KS same year. They were awesome, along with Green Jello and Testament.

  • Saw em in Hadley MA in a real small club on that tour. They were unreal, there heaviness live was incredible. They came out and stood around during the other sets and signed autographs. Real cool dudes.

  • Holy crap dude! Testament is no 'filler' band! In my opinion, they're up there with the big 4, and definitely more influential than they're given credit for!

  • Gary you always killed THE SHIT BRO. Sorry I took your monitor for a walk 'round the floor. Was fun hey! Dave @Steel City Strings.......!!PEACE BRO"S!

  • One of the best metal songs !

    Thanks Pro-pain for this Miracle !! =DD

  • Thank you nufy8, for uploading this all-time fuckin' classic!

Gods, that RIFF! Pro-pain has rocked hard since day 1...

  • It's the hammer of the gods that hangs over my head.

Why is question, drugs are the answer, kills in a serial spread like a cancer.

    These lyrics are soooo true.

  • Hehe haven't heard this for years...

I always thought the coolest thing in this song was that little "hip-hop" thing the drummer does.

  • @SmokeCloudz "I always thought the coolest thing in this song was that little "hip-hop" thing the drummer does." -THIS. whe i was listening to this i cant wait for that drum's part

  • this was the first pro-pain song that i ever heard

  • for me too :D

  • Damn haven't seen this in a long ass time. I found the CD that I lost like 8-10 years ago in my parents house a few months ago. Thought I lost it the great CD purge of 2001(ex-wife hocked my cd's after throwing me in jail). Still great shit though. Love the high-hat thing in there.

  • PRO-PAIN RULES..................It's just that simple

  • that dude had hair?

  • my fav pro pain song

  • I have to agree with you there. Killer freaking riff, you know?

  • there not really popular but I like their music

  • What`s wrong about an anti-bush-album? Somebody has to tell that fucking prick what a retard he is!

  • georgetime = hammertime < ProPain!

  • georgetime...Dude this song is 14 years old! You are an IDIOT!

You need to go listen to Hammertime fag.

  • Yes I understand that, as I was listening to Pro Pain and Souls At Zero, Megadeth and the like when I was in high school... But Pro Pain has an anti bush album out, which is so overdone and stupid... Thats the point, son.

  • Surprise surprise, another band that rips on G.W. Bush.. Thats so original and cool and cutting edge...

  • How many albums has YOUR band sold??? Pro-pain are innovators, have some respect.

  • Pro Pain kicks ass ...fuckin love them!!!!
