Do these training tips Gonna make me hit hard smashes in badminton?:-) I don't got the Stuff for it, any training tips for our wrist, using for example a ball? Thank alot, great vid:)
thanks for the tips my son plays baseball and he made 2x4 thing work great for four arms was a big help to him for batting great work out for baseball players
@shengchenfan Ghetto? how about excellent prototypes. Take those things you're making, get them designed as "real" exercise equipment through odesk or elance, get bidders in china via alibaba and you've got a product line.
@shengchenfan Wonderful stuff I hope to see more videos from you. This video puts a nice spin to forearm and wrist training , I truly love the first method with the ball , quite ingenious.
@LEBANESE971 you want to use a tennis ball go right ahead,I was using tennis balls when I was a teenager. You need progression and over load,If you want to be "just average Joe"Go for it dude!
I tried this and it works ok, except as I was using it I got a horrible splinter in my hand and the duct tape holding the weight ripped and the weight fell off and landed on my splintered hand, causing me to stumble in pain into my wing chun dummy which I intelligently had stapled iron bars to then jabbing me in my eye, I became blind and ripped my fake curtain off my window trying to gain footing.Other than that I have gotten phenomenal forearm strength, Thanks!
@jxxxb Before you can make fun of someone,You should get the child porn off of your Proflie,38 yrs old and you got little kids on your proflie.Fucking pedoflie.
@kingj0n First Mother Fucker (SPELL CHECK,You need to go back to school) Secondly if I grabbed you with my hands you'll be a bitch in my arms.Go back and play with your row boats,Dumb Fuck!
@jxxxb I've got those too but I'm working my grip strength as well as my forearms.Good grip strength enables me the ripped your throat and tire muscle apart.have a nice day.
You are a creative kung fu brotha you definitely have the ol school shaolin spirit in you. I too study traditional wing chun kung fu under Sifu Anthony Arnett and Grandmaster William Cheung here in Jacksonville,FL keep up the good videos I use them alot its good to get useful techniques from everyone in the martial arts world. RIGHT ON MY KUNG FU BROTHER!!
how long have you been training forearms? i can see you've got development in your extensors, and i know that takes time to acheive, so im guessing you've been doing it awhile?
last question. how many times a week do you train them? and for how many sets? i usually do 6 sets, im not sure if thats too much though?
I'm studied a combined art of Wing Chun/Jook lum mantis.Yes I do play Weapons Staff,Butterfly Sabers,Straight Sword,Spear,double axes and 3 sectional staff.Also trained Kali.
sorry.. Bad joke :-) But man you are very creative/handy to have constructed those things ....But I think I'm going to do the classic exercises instead because me and screws don't go well :-D
I'm gonna look at some other vids of you to see if you have any.
@shengchenfan hey,man you got to help me man. i did this training to my forearm way too fast and now i got a big lump on my right forearm WTF should i do. please help me man i am scared and it feels like my arm movements are limited because of this
thats pretty smart. I like to work my forearms seperatly and really focusing on them at home, and that wooden construction looks like a really good idea. probs make one.
Think about it like this,If you are trapping up your opponent ,like Pak sao to lop sao and instead of hitting on the lop da,you grabbed his throat (Hard and tightly)You will get his attention. lol
Yo Bro! You are salt of the earth, and that t-shirt was so fitting to your muscles also. I enjoy watching your vids Mike, you are a creative gentleman!

how long have you been training forearms? i can see you've got development in your extensors, and i know that takes time to acheive, so im guessing you've been doing it awhile?
last question. how many times a week do you train them? and for how many sets? i usually do 6 sets, im not sure if thats too much though?
alexjones234 1 year ago
hey, just have a few questions for you.
-is it just 2 screws holding that rod on the 2x4?
-what rep ranges do you follow for your forearms?
thanks.
alexjones234 1 year ago
@alexjones234 Yes,it just 2 screws,as far as reps start off with 15 reps to start off with and then add 5.
