Even though all branches have their "sibling" rivalry with each other, the army and the marines have the utmost respect for one another. all branches respect one another. weather its 9 weeks or 14 weeks, we all want to get the hell out of basic! HOOAH and Semper Fi!

actually, just because one branch has longer training than the other, doesn't mean that makes them better. the army and the marines have almost the same training curriculum. the marines just have a little bit more of class room exercises. i know this because I'm an SFC in the Army, my lil bro is in the marines, and my other lil bro is the air force. who cares how long each branch has BCT... when you go through BCT, it sucks no matter what branch your in. We all have a purpose an 1 cause!
