Yum. I do the same but with cherry tomatoes (from the jardin), halved,placed in six small ramekins, topped with parsely, garlic, parm/romano fromage, sel, poivre, pain crumbs, etc., then broiled for about 15 mins. Delish! Nice for breakfast too with jambon and ouvres.
why microwave the garlic, when it goes in the oven for 30 min? looks good btw, but I prefer my tomato-salad raw.peace.
