I think you can edit pretty good with zoom and other effects but I miss two things in this video:
1. I didn't see much maskes. I'm a fan of masking because you can make such awesome things with it but you didn't use much masking.
2. You left the storyline as it was. The original sense of an amv was not to simply edit a fight or something, but to retell a story in your own way or even create a new storyline.
Anyways at least you worked hard and it wasn't that bad at all so I'll like the vid ;)
@Latheir Yeah, I agree with you too. I can mask, although it's tough sometimes cause I can't do it as well as others. I get all anxious about my vids being uploaded that I don't spend enough time editing as I should. I can probably do a pretty good job at masking and all that if I just applied myself, which I am trying to do in the current AMV I am working on. But thanx for the like anyway! XD

But what I wanted to say is, that I think an amv is really good when it creates something new like a new storyline. If an amv only retells sth, it may be well made, like this amv here, but imo it's still improveable.

@tartheart94 Hmm that's weird. The only thing I could think of why is it must be because I uploaded it in MOV format. I've had trouble with watching MOV uploaded content on my Ipod Touch from YouTube in the past.
The song is great. Taste in music differs for everyone. In my opinion that heavy metal crap that ppl throw over anime inevitably makes the amv retarded. As for pacing, the song dictates that. Ignore the naysayers, great job.

@aje2012 Pretty much all you have to do to make a good AMV is just include the key parts of the battle or scene. Nobody wants to see boring footage of someone standing and talking (unless it's a main part of the story, such as when the 4th Hokage was talking with Naruto). You just gotta make it flow with the music. And I'm glad I gave you the base for a Naruto Vs. Pein AMV! XD
@TheBlackblood14 I use Final Cut Pro for Mac OSX. The glowing ray effect was a bundle package that I bought for my program, meaning it doesn't come with FCP. The intro was made with Motion. Unless you have a Mac, you might want to just stick with Sony Vegas.
