@WOW99910 Ragnaros is in Molten Core in the bottom part of Blackrock Mountain. You can get into the Molten Core either by talking to the high elf that teleports you there at the bottom of the chain off the middle if you've done the attunement, or by going through Blackrock Depths.

IDK about UK or Nex, but, yeah, Prot Pallys with some serious gear can solo any Vanilla WoW instance. I was in MC a couple days ago (im a mage) with my GM who is a prot pally, and we did it with no major hiccups. Not a solo, but he didn't have any healing support.
