I think that in the movie Evey blows up parliament as the last explosion because of the Downing Street bombings that took place like 20 years after V for Vendetta was released, which kind of makes sense as to be respectful.

(If you didnt read the graphic novel the last bombing should be on Downing Street, but instead in the movie it is on Parliament.)

Eveyr person who dies was reborn and done justice in the spirit of rebellion, and thus was shown removing a mask. this is the best movie ive ever seen, and I still get something new form it every time I watch. i also get goosebumps when parliament explodes!

It makes you wonder or rather ponder when the 5th of November will be celebrated in a manner which is proper. Not a film or a movie screen, but an actual overture ending in the destruction of the corruption we all see and know.

We all see that which we despise, we all know it to be wrong, yet we sit and do nothing like Kitty Genovese were dying in our eyes. When will we decide against our safer instincts and bring down that which cannot be forgiven nor tolerated?

@ProdigalReality It's more than that really. Everyone shown (or I think so) to be under the masks had rebelled against the government in one way or another. V himself said he was an idea behind his mask: the idea, will, and soul of every single person rebelling against tyranny.
