  • 2011 wheres the new vid?

  • @MichaelCmona Sorry, I brought the gear but between bad music and rain there were few dance circles worth filming. :(

  • @floasisdotnet damn well great work here respect on the upload

  • @MichaelCmona Thanks man. We actually just launched a wild new revamp on the site. hit up floasis dot net and start sharing. :)

  • dope shit, i made sure i got my vip passes for this year, and i'll remember to take far less acid this year too.

  • I want to be in one of Kai's video projects!

  • ug. DEMF hates dubstep !!

  • @TheJason909 demf as a festival booked Excision and DZ. demf as a crowd packed both of those sets. maybe you just hate dubstep? *shrug*

  • @kaib0rg *facepalm* dude, those were obligatory bookings to bring in kiddies with money who don't actually know anything about proper Techno. you're right, i do hate dubstep, because i actually know something about it...

  • I'm soo excited to hang with of all of you!! Underrated dancers and style

  • OH

    MY

    GOODNESS

    THE CREATIVITY

THE AMAZING TUTS (AND I HATE TUTTING THAT SHIZ WAS AMAZING THOUGH)

    WHERE WAS THIS?

  • @thisisblasphamy This was at the Detroit Electronic Music Festival. It happens every memorial day weekend in Detroit, Michigan. The dancers in this clip congregate over at floasis dot net.

  • That was a really fun 10 minutes. That black dude had some gnarly. One guy did some really good Squid-influenced shit. Damn, that was nasty. I wish their names came up when they appeared. That's some sick talent right there. Oh yeah, and the dude w/ the martial artist influence. That's a mature, developed style. All the body parts are being used and the angles and posture is sick. Inspiring. The editing totally reminds me of Konee Rok steez w/ the comic book style. That was really professional.

  • @BopNTod thanks Todd, Konee is a big influence for me as far as videography goes, i hope to one day be as good as him and his videography crew.

    -kai

  • @kaib0rg I get so proud of myself when my good eye for influence is confirmed. That didn't sound very humble, did it?

  • @BopNTod black dude here, thanks man it means alot coming from you hopefully i can make it out west one day to get down with ya/learn it up :)

dancer list(in order): shameless, deviance, tiny love, tommy(me), dist0rt10n, relic/lucas lock, plainwhitetom, chico, verb, kai, drumcode, hgitch

  • @goatism Hell yeah, man. Thank you. I don't live in Cali anymore though. I'm up north in Portland, Oregon these days.

  • Diggin the vid mad guys! all yall danced crazy good. I need to get out to DEMF sometime. I was on floasis for a little bit then stopped liquid dancing but its remained my favorite form and im getting back into it. WAAAAY stoked to see Lucas and Tiny in there.

  • One more question! Who is that Asian kung fu liquider toward the end? That dude is sick as fuck, too.

  • @xCrookedSpiralx HgItch. You can check out more of him on floasis

  • Who's the cat in the black hat, blue shirt, blue shoes, and the sunglasses??? That dude is fuckin' ill.

  • @xCrookedSpiralx Lucas Lock, formerly known as Relic of the Liquid Pop Collective

  • @kaib0rg Thankz, boss. Relic was my name, about 3 years ago, but i figured i wasn't good enough, at the time, for a sick name like that, haha. That dude is dope!

  • love the comic book, how did you do that!? Fuckin, Awesome!! I wish I was there. Next year fo sho!

  • @LiquidLotus111 i created the comic book pages in photoshop and imported them into after effects. from there it was a matter of making the comic book 3d, place the videos inside the panes (that i made in PS) and color correcting the video using curves/mblooks/stylize->cartoon to give the clips a 'drawn' effect.

  • sick nesssss

  • Amazing! Love it! Keepin' it alive.

  • WHAT is the track starting at 3:45?

  • @play9 at exactly 3:45 it's the end of DaVIP's Ignition (Bare Noise Remix) with Bar 9's Piano Tune being blended in. Piano Tune drops at 4:00, then i cut back and forth between Ignition and Piano tune for a bit. Tracklist added to the video description.

  • @floasisdotnet

Piano Tune! ahh fuck yesss. many thanks.

  • great dancers
