I've found some Christian Metal that's pretty good. But I will agree that a lot of "worship" songs are pretty terrible. Hence why I listen to Metal. I can't stand mainstream crap and music of my own religion is usually abysmal. But my Metal covers all grounds... burning a cross in one song to relative praise of God in the next.

But I'm also kind of a Theosophe (I hope I have the right term here). I think all religions have something right about them. As for God, I've had too many "good coincidences" to chalk life up to chance. I call on humanity, I am disappointed. I call on God, something actually happens. Yet I'm okay with science too.
