Living in the UK, i have found it difficult to find a clear resin someone can endorse. Do you sell the materials you use? Or point towards an online retailler for the clear resin?
Again - brilliant work - my favourite piece so far... probably the small working fountain! Just amazing!
You might try using Envirotex resin. Its available online from several retailers and always hardens clear. The trick with it is removing the bubbles and getting it to harden fully. Read and follow the directions very closely for best effect and try it out on a sample before committing to the final project.
Nice, but can I ask something on Water Effects? (for my own upcoming terrain building service) I use Woodland Scenics or GW's Water effects. But sometimes they do not dry clear. Do you know what I do wrong those times? And do you have some technique to guarantee a 100% succes rate of water effects?
I know that sometimes there could be spots that don't "dry" clear. This is mainly because they don't cure. Try doing thinner layers or let them sit for more time (Without having the piece in my hands it's difficoult to judge)
Loving your work!

Can they still cure? I used thin layers, and waited 24Hrs before applying the next...

Shannariano is right, more time to dry and thinner layers should help a lot. If it skins over too thick, it could take a week or more to clear.
Good Luck!
