Man, I worked for him Fiercely in '04. If he decided to run again, I'd do the same. He still has a strong following and has gotten a new one here @ Yearly Kos.
I want him as POTUS!

make no mistake i know he'd make the best candidate and hed have no problem getting elected but if he doesnt get in the race {i hope he does} hes the best running mate 4 Obama instead of bayh or warner { i still cant believe kerry was nominated and not him imagine the republicans trying to swift boat wes! }

Clark isn't a glad hander and every conspiracy nut in a community shows up whereever he try's to speak and hurts the event hence he didn't get nominated.

To Progressive112: V.P.?... No my friend, there is ONLY one job for Wes Clark (and HE the ONLY one for that job), and that is President of the United States. He is the ONLY person who could have smashed Bush (you're dead right), and he is the ONLY one who can smash Giuliani (or whoever is the Republican nominee). He is BY FAR the best for the job, and the ONLY one who can clean up the MESS we're in, and he needs to GET IN THE RACE, and soon.

To add: What you have to understand, just like '04, the hard part for Wes is getting the Democratic Nomination. The EASY part for him will be to WIN against the Republicans in the general election. The Democrats need to learn how to nominate the winnable canidate, instead of nominating wishy washy "party approved" types like Kerry, Hillary, and Obama. **** WES CLARK '08 **** !!!

Thank you TPMtv for this interview with Wes! NO, he has not ruled out a run in '08. Whatever his "pre-conditions" I hope they are met soon. We need Wes, now more than ever!
