  • i was thinkin polish

  • lol love your accent :D it is soo swedish. great tut

  • @ThePurpleDrumSticks right click and select tge magnifying glass

  • nice tutorial ever

  • "so this is the hard part...to be like creative at this"

  • Thank you very much I learned a lot

  • how did you zoom in on the track?!

  • Man, this highlights how amazing Maschine software is. Literally all you'd have to do in Maschine is load the sample onto one of your pads then enter keyboard mode then if you have a separate keyboard MIDI like I do, you can play the samples on that already pitch changed or you can just play them on the pads or paint the midi notes in the piano roll.

  • Nice job...created from scratch...good production work.

  • I cant help imagining its clause the goldfish from American dad narrating this video :D No offense to the uploader.

  • How's can give me the name software...i need thanks

  • @TheGreenford40 He´s using Logic Pro (Mac only)

  • Haha vart as chockad att det var en svensk som gjorde det här! :D

    Nice dude!

  • very helpful, i would never find this out myself :)

  • really helpful, thanks!

  • When I open the audio track in the edit window (where you can drag it to change the pitch) and I press the corresponding key, I don't even hear the audio sample. Any suggestions?

  • när du uttalar "key" förstår man att du är svensk...

  • yup totally niners bro, mahalo

  • THIS WAS AN AWESOME TUTORIAL! FUCK WHAT THERE TALKING ABOUT! YOU WENT THROUGH MANY USEFUL TOOLS! THANK YOU MY FRIEND!

  • where did you get this vocal sample?

  • @SuperBashy i think it is from the pack 'vengeance vocal essentials volume 1'

  • @SuperBashy It's one of the ones that comes with logic

  • thank you so much! ive been killing myself slowly trying to figure this out!

  • forgot to auto tune and chorus it ;)

  • When I divide the audio sample and convert it into a new sampler track, when I press the corresponding keys it doesn't make any noise/play the sample. Help!

  • How do you chop up a single audio file like that? Noob question.

  • Is it not easier to get the glitched sound by cutting the small part you want to glitch out of the audio region and then drag it from the top right corner to loop it over and over again quickly?

  • Lol this is not very scrillex good try

  • Comment removed

  • Definitely an excellent video...thanks...

  • good job man. Very helpful, thanks!

  • Great tutorial bro! thanks!

  • Great Great Great Tutorial bro

  • He uses Melodyne.

  • Don't stop :)

  • Superbra, tacksåmycket!

  • Youuu Should Produce Something Like Sonny !! :D

  • It' a great tutorial which gives an interesting result in the end. It's quite complicated and when the mixer comes up it's total confusion. What makes it understandable nevertheless is the dialect

"först åff wi niid to tjåpp åpp the wöörds:=) Ya' that's clear

  • I am quite n advanced user of logic but some of the stuff you showed here seriously helped me out. Like using EXS24 faster than loading new instrument and putting everything in manually. I was expecting just another skrillex tutorial and instead I got to learn some quicky techniques i can apply to lots of things. I love u man haha :)

  • @djgnome1370 exactly what i was about to say!

kul att höra din svenska dialekt, "first off we need to tjåpp åpp the words" :D

  • @djgnome1370 You're using Logic 9 right? I have 8 Pro and when I click the samples I don't have the "convert" or "convert to new sampler track" option :( is there still a way to convert them to MIDI-usable regions like you did?

  • i find it funny that you used a clip saying "dont stop" for your skrillex tutorial and i used one that says "dont stop now" xD

  • Lemme guess.. Swe? ;)

  • @zapiidHD Swe indeed.. :)

  • @zapiidHD thats hard

  • FYI Skrillex uses melodyne for all his vocal chopping, he said it himself, its a pretty unique tool.

  • @SirHouseFly but not sampling just pitching and formants and stuff?

  • @AtTheRiot its sampling through melodyne, using pitching and timestrechng

  • Nice tut, to be honest (even for the sake of a tutorial you could have used a different drum beat)

  • @PowerHouseNet Thnx. Do you mean a more dubsteppy beat or just the samples? Anyhow u are probably right since this is just the kick and snare from some ultrabeat preset. For next time ill prepare :)
