I only watch seasons 7 and 8 only cuz I heard that Lucas was going to be in season 9. Seasons 7 and 8 were kinda terribly average. Clay and Quinn were a terribly replacements for Lucas and Peyton :( and then Lucas only stays for 1 episode! :(

So I'm pretty sure Dan saves Nathan. It would make sense because Haley is going to be devestated if it's Nathan and devestated if it's Dan too because she knows it's not Nathan. Plus it would explain why Dan is still around after killing Keith.
