It's not an anime. It's from a series of games called "Touhou".

(Touhou Project, by Team Shanghai Alice/ZUN) it's hell bullet..and I really meant that.

There are five stages/ levels..Easy, Normal, Hard and Lunatic..and Extra Stage.
