MAchines don't speak anything very well.

I think French words that are long are nice cause they are MUCH easier to detect in speech. No one is going to mistake words like "quelque chose" or "Malheureusement" for anything.

The worst example was once when I saw a kinder garden called "Tupper Tots Daycare", bellow it was the translation "La Guarderie des tous petit de Tupper"

It's like if French just makes things longer and harder to understand.

Who's bright idea was it to use an English TTS voice to read French words? It can barely pronounce English words correctly, so the French is totally incomprehensible. There are French TTS voices out there.

oh!i'm not good in english'(so sorry),but you say lot of thing wrong!the word ours means bear the animal,there are some words you presents as french which are not french but german!in some word to make the sond "ss" we write a "t"!and there is lot of name of countries,lot of expressions like "m'as-tu-vu",lot of conjugated verbs and which don't exist as you wrote them!so sometimes i didn't understand what the words mean and if they really exist,so maybe that's me who's wrong here

well actually none of these words are pronounced the way they are suppose to be pronounced, and seriously these words arent used everyday in a discussion .....french is a beautiful language and writing it is much harder then to speak it, i really like your comment and I totally dig what you say. Vive la langue française!!!!
