When it comes to finding strengths and commenting on them, i.e. giving a pat on the back, one thing in my opinon could go wrong is, the whole notion of Ego, and pride. Like a teacher could say well done, the student could turn around and think he said well done and not do any work and mess that all up, many other scenarios. Like that, so maybe its better to stay neutral and maybe respond in acknowledgement of them doing the right thing, instead of praise.
Watching youtube is certainly a habit that needs to be dropped, have you any idea how much time I waste procrastinating on this thing, I just have to find something to replace it with, mmmmmm maybe face book
You guys might not have the right perspective on this, this video purpose is to be informative. If the video was longer you would have lost yourself in details and retain only a small amount from what you just listened. Did anybody here apply his stuff to criticese it? What specifically is wrong in this video? You probably didn't apply this and you probably don't know what is wrong with it. Great video, cheers to the uploader!
What a load of bollocks. Yet another soi-disant guru, teacher, whatever, espousing complete gobshite to gullible sycophants who are thick enough to listen.
These leadership videos are all stupid. You're not going to become some sort of high-speed leader after a 15 minute video. Leadership is all about experience; I've learned more about leadership from 2 years in the Army than countless leadership classes and seminars I've gone to my entire life. Leadership is seeing it, learning it, and applying it.
I wouldn't say leadership videos are stupid. It's another method of learning. That's it...it has little to do with applying what you have learned. There are different ways/combinations of learning...you of all people should know that especially from your 2 years in the army. Don't be naive...
I agree its hard to believe that a 15 minute video will radically change your ability lead or do anything in life. However, suppose you make one new distinction about a habit you want to change.....and more importantly you put it into practice, that could have a massive impact.
You know Army leadership, this is called life leadership dumb shitte. Anybody can be a leader in the ARMY, the ARMY can't fire your ass. Life can fire your ass, this is a business type of leadership not ARMY.
However, what was mentioned about how does a sales process happen or how does a sales person develop his habbits & what effects does it have.. it happens differently when we are talking about pro sales people.
Great videos --- keep them coming. I think what you will need to do is log into your account and delete this one, then upload again with the replacement.
Thank you very much for your feedback. This is one of the first videos I did, and now we use a wireless mic for most of my videos. Thank you again for your feedback and a hope you continue to enjoy ths videos.

Nice concept. Developping habbits & controlling them.
However, what was mentioned about how does a sales process happen or how does a sales person develop his habbits & what effects does it have.. it happens differently when we are talking about pro sales people.
Any way good job.

Sir, I enjoy your videos but please buy a wireless microphone for yourself - the audio on your camera makes is nearly impossible to hear you.
