@themashypotato - it's the Time Warp Motion Blur in AE - I tried the CC Force Motion Blur but it didn't work well at all. ;)

@themashypotato - Yeah, most of them were just done using the 'zoom' function (mouse-wheel). For some of the smaller ones, I just zoomed the footage a little bit. ;)
