This is one of the best movies of all time. No poses, no flamboyant out of wack special effects and behaviour. No showboating or wannbe actors. My hat comes off to the writer and director. And the actors...flawless. Love the selection. Thumbs up to Snape, and Wormtail. And ofcourse, Sweeney himself.

Mrs.Lovett lied to him. His wife was right under his nose and she told him she died. Sweeney Todd unintentionally killed his wife, the woman he loved most because of his actions, so in the end, Mrs.Lovett deserved to die like the rest of them.
