Wow, I love this video. Its sooo true. I've been inspired by my friends and many videos on Youtube and I have decided to go natural. I've always been afraid to wear my natural hair out because the texture is extremely course (4c) and hard to manage. But I'm going to embrace it and learn how to flaunt it. I think a black woman in her natural state is beautiful and I can't wait til this perm grows out so I can be 100% natural. :-)

I've disagreed with your view on another issue, but I would have to say that you were PRECISELY on point with this one,imo. Your execution was marvelous because you didn't sugar-coat a thing and still managed to come with an attitude of LOVE and not debase or degrade black women. Yes, you critisized, but also offered a solution and for that, I say: BRAVO. I do believe that if more bm took this approach, then we would be that much closer to a healthier black community.
