  • at 0:37, he's showing you what a lot of people usually do as an exercise for the thighs. however, he's giving you an "upgraded" version (a better one). you see in the video him showing and telling you to keep arm, hands, and fingers straight and legs shoulder width apart. at 1:09, he's demonstrates holding that position for 10 seconds, then at 1:18 he tells you to move up just a little bit and then hold for 10 seconds. you can see from the title you do 3 sets of 4-10 reps. hope this helps! :)
