To me it's the process of composing a song. The four group leaders I assume are the band members, and they all have their own backgrounds, musical tastes, and desires for how the song should be made. The box is the general idea of the song and the bile is band practice. When all the pieces all fit in their respective places the collective group celebrates while the shitty, cognitively challenged, and unambitious teenagers watch with vague expressions offering as little as they want for this.

For those of you who don't understand the song or the video. Its a detailed look at the life and carrier of Ben Stiller. The black stuff coming out of the boxes symbolizes the death of his carrier after Zoolander. And the funny hats the people wear in the video symbolize his awful haircuts over the years. Lastly when the guy eats the candy the girl gives him. Its an analogy for his incredibly large nose.

The pieces which they carry represent what they added to human society, i.e. mathematics, engineering, philosophy verses what we have added to society, i.e. cheap marshmallow snacks.
