@ad80ad Absolutely! Fantastic opera! Fantastic production! Fantastic Kowalski as Farnace! I only wish I heard 3 countertenors where they should be. Otherwise Sifare and Arbate were only women to me as they were sung by female mezzos. These 2 personages are still to be discovered for me. But with Kowalski I had a wonderful experience - for the first time in my life felt how true castrati could sing and act at that time! For this I will be always grateful to him! His Farnace and Orfeo are great!

Interessante esecuzione. Non molte variazioni, ma Kowalsky non mi sembra essere uno che abbellisca molto le arie. In ogni caso, direi che ha cantato piuttosto bene.

Traumhaft. Er singt einfach wunderschön. So natürlich, nicht zu viel Vibrato, rein und klar. So stell ich mir Engelsstimmen vor. Was für ein glück, dass er nicht Tenor geblieben ist.
