Have they replaced the right bulb on the signal facing you since you did the video? It looks pretty dim.

Not that I know of. That light always looks that way. It looks like it is pointing away from the road a little, like something hit it.

This train also runs through Magnolia Cutoff, Theres no double stack, due to the Tunnels along the Cutoff. I see this train every weekend, when I go up to Magnolia.
