I have one of these printers and the paper just curls like you said. Another thing is when the paper exits the printer you see some steam so we phoned up HP and they said that the printer is cleaning itself.

I have that same printer. I tried to print a document and some how it got into a paper jam. Now its a bit weird because it has never happened to me.

I took out the toner and tried to remove the jammed paper. I'm pretty sure all of it is removed the pieces of the paper.

Now everytime I try to print, it goes half way in and it gets stuck. Why? Everytime.

If anyone can help, much appreciate it.
