  • thanks for posting this video. it is very helpful..

  • Is this a type of meditation? Also when I do this I see swirls and colors, is that normal? thanks

  • @habibiyaeini3 yes, meditation - the experiences you describe are beautiful - each person will experience this differently

  • @izkda8 yes.but for how long..i think i´ve got a little problems..

  • @nutral84 You're welcome

  • Very simple and profound, yet simple and powerful. Of course the motto here is: Practice makes the Master :)

  • @BillyChilly100 thanks! true! a simple 5 min/day can make a huge difference

  • nice thing

  • @dannish2000 you're welcome! Glad you like the vid - making progress with your meditation practice?

  • @vitalcoaching I´m actually practising Kundaliniyoga, I have been doing this for the last 10 months. It is an amazing thing. just recently started with mantra meditation and I can feel the power of it! So yes, I am making progress :) and it is also good to hear you telling more things about meditations, very interesting! :)

    Thank you very much! :)

  • @dannish2000 good on you! thanks for sharing

  • thank you! this is great. educational and inspirational. I will practice every day and keep you posted. keep posting these shots. they are fantastic! THANK YOU!

  • @mottishalma thanks? Any feed back on your practice? what happened since you started?

  • try thinking of the infinity symbol (left side is left side of brain) (right side is right side of brain) and the centre is the harmonic centre or the Third Eye. After doing this for a while, people will finally be able to think for themselves again.

  • @urvidman True! good one too! - thanks for sharing

  • so youre religion is buddhism

  • @sixpaky2 I am not connected or affiliated with one specific religion - I see good in all of them - For this specific technique, this type of meditation is used in zen and yoga for instance - You have similar techniques focusing on the heart in christian mysticism or sufi - so we are talking about practices which are UNIVERSAL rather than limited to a give system - does this answer your question?

  • i dont understand? what do you mean by focusing on your third eye?

do you mean like think about it or? how do i bring awareness to that area

  • @colombiana808 good one ;) - I agree... Not that obvious when you never tried it - here is what you can do - practice this in front of a mirror - Simply look at your third eye area in your reflection in the mirror. You can as well close your eyes and imagine that you internally LOOK at your third eye area.

  • i wish we were friends in real life you are so full of knowledge and positivity

  • @history546 thanks! That's so kind ;) - check my website's home page - the links to my facebook and connect via skype are right there - feel free connect

  • can i lay down while doing this??? or do u hav to sit down to do it?

  • @Aznpnoykid both work but when you lay down, you tend to easily fall asleep. I find that sitting or even standing works a bit better for me - You know though... It is something I practice as well before I fall asleep at night - I practice it as well if I am awake at night

  • @vitalcoaching alright. ty. ill try it out =))

  • Very informative.....Thank you!!!:)

  • @alevan1 you're welcome

  • Thanks once again for a nice video! I will try this out, but unfortunately i don't have red pouder :-)

  • @tmib92 thanks! - If you want, you can use red paint/watercolor instead - it helps you bring focus to that spot
