Hi Bryan, just a quick note to say how much I enjoy your guitar reviews. Although i live in England whenever I read a Taylor guitar review I look on 'You Tube' to see if your playing. I recently bought a GS Mini on the strength of your review and you were spot on. Once I got use to the neck width I was away, I cant put it down, its sweet as a nut. Looking forward to more reviews. Sometimes you hear out there that some "cheap" guitars sounds better than some the most expensive guitars. Maybe this is one of that cases...

just purchased the GS mini, I installed the pick-up in under 8 min. by capo on strings, and the V cable with built in volume is a heavy well built cable. For a passive pick-up its not bad at all. Plugged into new Xtremely small Roland AC 33 that also has battery pack and 18 sec. loop, Great portable set up.

Sound? Well thats subjective, I like it.

I just bought one of these from Bryan at Fazio's. A super person to deal with, he kept me up to speed on arrival, and shipping to me. When the guitar came in, he checked it over, shipped it and sent me the tracking number. The guitar arrived in two days in perfect condition and still in perfect tune. Sounds like it has more bass and more treble then the Big Baby Taylor. tried the GS mini when the Taylor people came to Island Guitars in Hawaii. I was very Impressed.

I had a hunch about this guitar going to be a hit. Great little review here. It has too much going for it that should appeal across the spectrum to many players. Especially the price point.
