Actually, the most powerful would be Ideon. Somehow, I don't think even Kaiser could withstand its power to, you know, destroy the Universe. I also have to think that Gunbuster would prove to be more than a match for it, but that's pure speculation on my part.

Kaiser ain't too sloppy when it comes to hand to hand though is he? Kaiser Knuckle, Turbo Smasher Punch, even just straight pummeling because he's that tough. Your right, the barriers aren't slow, but they can be overwhelmed. And once they're overwhelmed they can't be put up again.
They've never beened overwhelmed,the parapulu or w/e destroyed the barrier fins before they activated, that's why i say very fast projectile or hand to hand combat.
Also the power of the Ide that Ideon contains recreated the universe, or do you forget the flying people. Yes, it signified rebirth and unity. Ideon ranks the top because of its ability to destroy just about anything even in death.

Turbo Smasher Punch is fast, heck so's Koushiryoku beam which would probably be enough... from what I've seen of Final those fins are very brittle.
