@labyrinthReviews They could have wrapped up the mytharc in the second last episode so that a stand alone episode could end the series. That way even people who'd never followed the mytharc could appreciate the finale. I find that mytharc episodes do not hold up as well years later. I believe a Great Mutato series finale would have stood the test of time better than one mired in the mytharc which, years later, contains details that can sometimes go over the head of even die hards like me.

Good rendition of a great song, and she was right not to mess with Marc Cohn's arrangement. However, IMHO, the video is not conceptualized correctly. Cher should be walking up Beale Street intercut with footage of the Elvis impersonator, not sitting in a bus doorway. She could gather people and/or children around her as she walks, and that would contribute to the choral feel of the recording. Besides, she has killer legs and we seldom get to watch her walk.
