Yesterday I attended a pentecostal revival meeting in northern Idaho. The preacher was from South Africa, and telling stories of people being raised from the dead, and whole entire countries being changed from incredibly sincere Christian believers there. Anyways, the kicker to this whole entire story was that I received healing from his prayer, (In Christ name), and my injured left leg was ENTIRELY HEALED!!!! I WAS HEALED PEOPLE RIGHT HERE IN NORTH AMERICA!!! OUR GOD IS THE REAL THING FOLKS!!!
It'll be two years ago January 29th since my friend died suddenly of walking pneumonia. It's still hard to think about sometimes, even though I wasn't as close to him as some others in our small youth group. He loved this song though and he wanted so desperately for us all to grasp it's meaning, and how true its message really was. I guess you could say, the story behind this song kinda hits home for us. God met me in the mists of all that pain and all I could do was sing this song.

My 16 month old nephew hit is head on tile last night. We thought it was a concussion but it turned out he had a bleeding in his brain. He had surgery and is still unconcious though. Please pray for 100% healing and for my sister and brother-in-law. @StevieRay8694 She is most definitely in my prayers. But know that this is not something you can save her from. I have dealt with those same issues in my past, and I dealt with it on my own and it almost ended my life. She needs some serious help, more than you alone can give. These are issues that can follow her for the rest of her life; for me, it is a daily choice to believe in who I am as a daughter of God, as redeemed, loved and beautiful.
@StevieRay8694 I still have to daily chose to not make decisions that can lead my back down that path. It means I have to chose some days to drag myself out of bed and face the day no matter how overwhelming the darkness might feel. It means there are days I have to decide not to go to the gym and force myself to eat no matter how "fat" I feel.
Please do not think I am saying this to make everything sound bad and hopeless. It is not and my life today is a testimony of that.
@StevieRay8694 Please consider getting her some personal help. Get others who love her involved. One of the best ways you can help her is to surround her with love & prayer. Let her know that she has your support a& love regardless of the darkness she is struggling with. The fact that she is already willing to talk to you about this is huge. The first step to overcoming these problems is to admit that they exist. I am praying for her and for you.
I've struggled with many addictions including cutting, anorexia, and pornography. While I still struggle with pornography, God has set me free from cutting and anorexia along with the depression, self-hatred, and suicidal tendancies that plagued me for 6 years. God loves us more than we can even imagine. This song has been getting me through the past couple of months as I face my pornography addiction and the things that got me here. It hasn't been easy, but God's love sees me through daily.
@JessSmith95 Pornography is a way to fill our physical need for sex outside of God's plan, which is only in marriage. This stems from lust, which Jesus claimed is adultery committed in your heart. I can tell you from experience, that it is a wickedly hard thing to break from, and that it haunts you for a long time after because there is so much porn in our culture.

Anderson... it is a Christian book written to help us overcome bondage in our lives. It is Bible based and everything he writes has scripture to back it up. It will change your life :) There is so much we have in Christ that the evil one wants to take from us, this book shows us just how much we have and who we are in Christ. God bless you!

God has done alot to me.He had my cousin die, and my mom come close to dying twice from breast cancer. These are actually some of the greatest things he could have done, for when my cousin died, i was very upset but it taught me to cherish every moment in life. to live without regrets.and with my mom it taught me to be strong and to help me grow up. though i miss them both now, i know they are both in a safe place with someone who will care for them as they watch over me. Two years ago I came out of the closet... to a town of 1000 people... I wasn't accepted by any of my class mates.. I got made fun of and tortured.. Kids told me I shouldn't be alive, God didn't love me, I was an abomination.. I started doing drugs bad.. I hated myself most of all though, so I attempted suicide..... 6 times. Each time I failed... and finally the one guy who stood by me made me go to TEC.. I found God.. and a year later I can say I'm Not Gay. God worked a miracle in my life... <3

It's funny how condemned i feel when i go through periods of my life where i struggle with sin or don't spend time with God, when in reality the weight and shame that i feel isn't God at all, it's just the enemy. When i get in His presence i remember that he's singing over me, begging me to open my heart to Him so that He can work in me and pour out His love in me again. So recently even after going through so much, with depression, my sister's kidney failure (which she has recovered from, GOD BLESS), and the roughest break up I feel like the weight of the world is still on my shoulders and I still have my confusions in life. This self will, characterized by either an attitude of active rebellion or passive indifference, is evidence of what the bible calls sin. As a result we are separated.

Rom6:23 the price that is to be paid, just like how you get paid for a job, is spiritual separation from God which is why you don't feel him. This is where God responds. We receive Christ by faith, as an act of the will. So which will you choose? A life with Christ or a life without?
PART 2: Then one day in the afternoon, I felt something in my heart change. All my pain was still their but it was eased a bit. So I continued on the rest of the day. Then at night I layed in my bed trying to figure out what this feeling was. Then for some reason I had this feeling to pray out loud to God for the 1st time. So I did. As I was talking to him I felt my fustrastion washed off of me. Then I felt at peace. God was saying that he loves me and that he does have a purpose for me. :)
PART 1 I have been a christian since 2009. I am going to tell you my most recent experience. Sorry if it's long. :) About 2 to 3 months ago I slowly began to fall into a depression. I had stopped reading the bible and thought that God had know purpose for me. I was living as if I was already dead. My mom told me to pray to God for help with my job issues etc. I did not listen to her. I thought God is not going to hear what I have to say because there are people out there in worse conditions...

I have grown up being a christian and so have all of my friends... my class.... but its like thats why they purposely run away from God.... I try to rise up as a leader and represent God and my classmates see it.... but the authorities don't and I never get a position of leadership. I'd love to see my class worshipping, really knowing God....so please pray.

@caydnlofton If you feel like God is saying do it then do it. If you've prayed your brains out and God didn't say no, then do it. The worst that could happen is you fail. But God can use that too. Sometimes we want God to just give us a map but it's not like that. Sometimes we have to jump and have faith that He'll catch us before we crash. If you enjoy drumming then do it for God.
i had this friend when i was 4 years old, she moved away that year and i never saw her. one day we got a new neighbor and she invited my sister and i to a youthgroup. we decided to go and there i see the girl i knew and lost 8 years ago. from that she help lead me towards God and now she disciples me, i dont think that is coincidence. also, she told me one day that she prayed everyday to see me again, i ask her why we ddnt meet sooner then, she told me tht if we met sooner i mght not be saved :)

@BALLAHOLICTOPRANK oh my gosh!!! i almost died in my mother too... she was with my dad driving past an old prison and started bleeding ... they rushed to the hospital and the doctor said he had no idea how or why it was happening but that it was dangerous for me and if it kept happening i could die... it happened everytime they drove by that prison... also i was born early which was a risk for my mom and my life
For everyone who reads this, I could use your prayers for my friend Sam. In March he was diagnosed with Acute Lymphocytic Lukemia. He is perfect. Always has a smile on his face, funny, an AMAZING singer, and everyone loves him. Lately though, he hasn't been doing well. Because of a fungal pneumonia and a viral pneumonia he has, and other complications, there is no treatments they can give him. All we can wait for is a miracle. I love him, and I keep hope, and I hope all the prayers will help.♥

Yesterday I attended a pentecostal revival meeting in northern Idaho. The preacher was from South Africa, and telling stories of people being raised from the dead, and whole entire countries being changed from incredibly sincere Christian believers there. Anyways, the kicker to this whole entire story was that I received healing from his prayer, (In Christ name), and my injured left leg was ENTIRELY HEALED!!!! I WAS HEALED PEOPLE RIGHT HERE IN NORTH AMERICA!!! OUR GOD IS THE REAL THING FOLKS!!!

It'll be two years ago January 29th since my friend died suddenly of walking pneumonia. It's still hard to think about sometimes, even though I wasn't as close to him as some others in our small youth group. He loved this song though and he wanted so desperately for us all to grasp it's meaning, and how true its message really was. I guess you could say, the story behind this song kinda hits home for us. God met me in the mists of all that pain and all I could do was sing this song.

My 16 month old nephew hit is head on tile last night. We thought it was a concussion but it turned out he had a bleeding in his brain. He had surgery and is still unconcious though. Please pray for 100% healing and for my sister and brother-in-law. I have dealt with those same issues in my past, and I dealt with it on my own and it almost ended my life. She needs some serious help, more than you alone can give. These are issues that can follow her for the rest of her life; for me, it is a daily choice to believe in who I am as a daughter of God, as redeemed, loved and beautiful.

@StevieRay8694 I still have to daily chose to not make decisions that can lead my back down that path. It means I have to chose some days to drag myself out of bed and face the day no matter how overwhelming the darkness might feel. It means there are days I have to decide not to go to the gym and force myself to eat no matter how "fat" I feel.

Let her know that she has your support a& love regardless of the darkness she is struggling with. The fact that she is already willing to talk to you about this is huge. The first step to overcoming these problems is to admit that they exist. I am praying for her and for you.

I've struggled with many addictions including cutting, anorexia, and pornography. While I still struggle with pornography, God has set me free from cutting and anorexia along with the depression, self-hatred, and suicidal tendancies that plagued me for 6 years. God loves us more than we can even imagine. This song has been getting me through the past couple of months as I face my pornography addiction and the things that got me here. It hasn't been easy, but God's love sees me through daily.

@JessSmith95 Pornography is a way to fill our physical need for sex outside of God's plan, which is only in marriage. This stems from lust, which Jesus claimed is adultery committed in your heart. I can tell you from experience, that it is a wickedly hard thing to break from, and that it haunts you for a long time after because there is so much porn in our culture.

Anderson... it is a Christian book written to help us overcome bondage in our lives. It is Bible based and everything he writes has scripture to back it up. Two years ago I came out of the closet... to a town of 1000 people... I wasn't accepted by any of my class mates.. I got made fun of and tortured.. Kids told me I shouldn't be alive, God didn't love me, I was an abomination.. I started doing drugs bad.. I hated myself most of all though, so I attempted suicide..... 6 times. Each time I failed... and finally the one guy who stood by me made me go to TEC.. I found God.. and a year later I can say I'm Not Gay. God worked a miracle in my life... <3

It's funny how condemned i feel when i go through periods of my life where i struggle with sin or don't spend time with God, when in reality the weight and shame that i feel isn't God at all, it's just the enemy. @punksheba15 so we can't know him personally or experience his love and plan. the bible says that "...ALL have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God."-Rom.3:23 We were created to have fellowship with God, but because of our stubborn self will, we choose to go our own independent way and fellowship with God was broken. This self will, characterized by either an attitude of active rebellion or passive indifference, is evidence of what the bible calls sin. As a result we are separated.

Rom6:23 the price that is to be paid, just like how you get paid for a job, is spiritual separation from God which is why you don't feel him. This is where God responds. Jesus Christ is God's only provision for our sin. Through Him alone we can know God personally and experience God's love and plan. He died in our place. @punksheba15 And rose from the dead. it says in scripture that he walked on earth for 40 days, that's over a month, and he was seen by over 500 people (1 Cor. 15:3-6) He is the only way to God. "Jesus answered, 'I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" John 14:6 But it's not enough to just know these truths. We must each individually receive Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord; then we can know God personally and experience His love and plan.

I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him and he with me." Rev3:20 Receiving Christ involves turning to God from self (repentence) and trusting Christ to come into our lives to forgive us our sins and to make us who he wants us to be....

We receive Christ by faith, as an act of the will. So which will you choose? A life with Christ or a life without?

PART 2: Then one day in the afternoon, I felt something in my heart change. All my pain was still their but it was eased a bit. So I continued on the rest of the day. Then at night I layed in my bed trying to figure out what this feeling was. Then for some reason I had this feeling to pray out loud to God for the 1st time. So I did. As I was talking to him I felt my fustrastion washed off of me. Then I felt at peace. God was saying that he loves me and that he does have a purpose for me. :)

PART 1 I have been a christian since 2009. I am going to tell you my most recent experience. Sorry if it's long. :) About 2 to 3 months ago I slowly began to fall into a depression. I had stopped reading the bible and thought that God had know purpose for me. I was living as if I was already dead. My mom told me to pray to God for help with my job issues etc. I did not listen to her. I thought God is not going to hear what I have to say because there are people out there in worse conditions...

I have grown up being a christian and so have all of my friends... my class.... but its like thats why they purposely run away from God.... I try to rise up as a leader and represent God and my classmates see it.... but the authorities don't and I never get a position of leadership. I'd love to see my class worshipping, really knowing God....so please pray.

Please pray for me..... whenever I hear this song I feel guilty, because i haven't been giving this much love back to God. I am getting distracted by my friends, and guys, and everything else around me. @caydnlofton If you feel like God is saying do it then do it. If you've prayed your brains out and God didn't say no, then do it. The worst that could happen is you fail. But God can use that too. Sometimes we want God to just give us a map but it's not like that. Sometimes we have to jump and have faith that He'll catch us before we crash. If you enjoy drumming then do it for God.

i had this friend when i was 4 years old, she moved away that year and i never saw her. one day we got a new neighbor and she invited my sister and i to a youthgroup. we decided to go and there i see the girl i knew and lost 8 years ago. from that she help lead me towards God and now she disciples me, i dont think that is coincidence. also, she told me one day that she prayed everyday to see me again, i ask her why we ddnt meet sooner then, she told me tht if we met sooner i mght not be saved :)

@stephenandjazz of course. I can't pretend to understand what you are going through, but I can intercede on your behalf. Please do not give up. He will meet you where you are. The song "Times" by Tenth Avenue north, and "Hold my heart" resonated with me- perhaps you can find comfort in them too. In the meantime, i will pray. :) you are not alone.

@BALLAHOLICTOPRANK oh my gosh!!! i almost died in my mother too... she was with my dad driving past an old prison and started bleeding ... they rushed to the hospital and the doctor said he had no idea how or why it was happening but that it was dangerous for me and if it kept happening i could die... it happened everytime they drove by that prison... also i was born early which was a risk for my mom and my life

For everyone who reads this, I could use your prayers for my friend Sam. In March he was diagnosed with Acute Lymphocytic Lukemia. He is perfect. Always has a smile on his face, funny, an AMAZING singer, and everyone loves him. Lately though, he hasn't been doing well. Because of a fungal pneumonia and a viral pneumonia he has, and other complications, there is no treatments they can give him. All we can wait for is a miracle. I love him, and I keep hope, and I hope all the prayers will help.♥

This is my favorite song in the entire world! God is soo amazing! He took me out of my hardest time in life . I had started getting into terrible things like drugs, sexually sin, and when I was being abused by my father. He took the pain away a month after I had the courage to leave my father. My life changed over night! He has taken someone like me soo unworthy, and discusting in my sin, and made me new. He is absolutely incredible! <3
