@mzmarz02 Hey! I had the same problem as you, but not anymore! Every night before bed I drank a teaspoonful of organic flax seed oil. It is kinda pricey, but trust me, it's worth it. It kinda has a bitter taste but I take a sip of OJ after so it doesn't taste as bad! Also, try not washing your hair less often. Also, using gentler shampoos or even using less shampoo will reduce cuticle damage!

I for myself think that the conair curling irons are really bad for my hair. My hair is very layered and thick so i need the really hot heated curling irons like the enzo milanos or or babyliss pro ceramic curling irons and also i find that since the conair has a clamp it makes it get that cink at the end of my hair

You are super adorable & have helped me a lot with styling my hair... but I have one problem:

When I use my curling iron in the way you do in this video (actually opening it up and clamping it down) I get this little crunchy thing at the end of my curls, which ruins them. How can I avoid that? The only way I have found is to not use the clamp at all & just wrap my hair around the iron & hold it there. Which is so much more work! Is there anything I can do?

@kisskashea Make sure you are going to curl your hair the same way you put it in the iron. If you put your hair in than curl it back the other way you'll mess up the ends. If you are curling your hair the same way you put it in the iron, than make sure your ends are completly under the clamp and the hair that gets rolled ontop of it isn't folding it a weird way.

So I naturally have curly hair, and when I get out of the shower and leave it down, it looks fine, but in the morning when I brush it it becomes poofy, and I don't have time to take a shower in the morning, how can I get my hair to not be poofy?

@xxSaraHopexx when you have curly hair, your not suppose to brush it :) you can try running it threw with a comb right when you get out of the shower, then crunch a curling mousse and shine spray or something, but ya, I'm obviously not Blair, but I hope I helped a little :))
