WOW mine has been doing that..i thought i had messed it up by instaling the sound system in it...can anyone tell me did nissan fixed this problem for you and how expensive was it

I was searching the internet for any info on the iPod interface and ran across his. Mine has been doing it ever since the summer. I'm glad Nissan has a recall. I'm going to take it to the dealer to have it checked out. Thanks

I am a little peeved that I didn't get a recall notice. I bought from a huge Nissan dealer and you think they'd send a letter. I had a Toyota Tundra before this and I always got recall notices.

Update: Nissan fixed the issue with a reprogram recall. Why is it we don't hear about these recalls

Well today I found out it's not necessarily the heat. My car is parked my garage all night and this morning it did it as I was backing out the driveway. Nissan is not on the list for my next car.

Mine does it too, i also think its the heat cause its usually after work when my car has been sitting in the parking lot during a hot day.

Have you tried taking it in to the dealer with a complaint?

i use the same car in dubai, UAE whr the temp hits a high of 55 deg C. notin like that happens hr. cud b somethin else...

it cud b the switch of the headlamp, got to get that checked
