They also do warrant less searches to levy violations with fines. Then you object and don't pay the fine. Then you pay your dues and they divert the dues to pay the fine. You didn't pay your dues, so they begin foreclosure on your home. It's a thousand bucks to stop the taking of your homestead and make it go away...condoned by the president. For metritype: HOA vs. Management Company... all the same imho. It's darn convenient to try and remove the guilt and blame to that mysterious entity called the Mgmt. Company... To your credit, paraphrasing anything by Carville can be a challenge!
