I grew up in Germany, saw my 1st Marklin layout at 9 yrs old, moved to us my dad ws in th army. Marklins r so expensive in US, so now I hv Bachmans. Great hobby, fell in love w model trains at 9 I'm 60 now and I'm still like a little boy, w my trains. Thats the prob w kids now they need to find a nice hobby like this. They will enjoy this, their whole life!

Wonderful work. If we want to encourage the younger generation to participate in our hobby and ensure its long term survival then this is the way to go by letting them see what can be achieved

Love the music!!! Great model rr layout. Planning out my Amtrak train projects and still on my first one and getting ready to purchase my 2nd Amtrak train project--a "what if" train--The City of Miami-modern day train--Walthers plated Superliners and 2 Genesis units in Phase 4b paint scheme. !st project is Superliners, Phase 3 scheme--California Zephyr and 2 Amtrak F-40PH-2 units (Katos).

It's calamity! Oil spills, rail cars all over and general pandemonium.  Then, a giant comes and moves everything out of the way.

Seriously, the operators are very experienced and they usually maintain speeds that won't cause a derailment. dj

i bught a train that has a crane on it and if 1 dreails it will go to it hook on it than pull it up and put it on a flatbed or carry it all the way back to the yard
