Just like Dr. Lonnie, I got my first organ for free if only I could get it out of the building...insted of a music store in Buffalo in the late 1950's, it was an old C-3 out of a church cross town some ten years ago in Portland, Oregon. Kind of a bittersweet drama...since the reason I liked going to church on Sundays when I was a little kid was especially to hear the organist play...!
