@TiniNormi - the tune is usually known as "Colonel Bogey" - the prisoners whistle it in Bridge on the River Kwai, which is no doubt where the chicken heard it.
Nobotodoe - The puppets are made from foam latex. (ok, 10 months late answering that one, sorry.)
