that happened to me too, then I bought a video card (Compatible with TS3) but my Video card slot is AGP and those video cards are for PCI-E, so i got pissed off and now I will get a new PC in 2 weeks but i dont wanna wait tooo much. I've been wating to play the game for 2 months and now this shit appears to me?! FUCK TS3!
