  • The sound IS good. Crisp highs, good mids and a soft but "creamy" sort of bass. To put it simply, the sound does have some sense of "weight" to it thanks to the Dynaudio speakers. It sounds very crisp but heavy. I personally enjoy how the laptop rumbles when I raise the volume all the way, lol.

The sound wasn't as loud as I was led to believe from reading on forums, but it IS louder than most laptops...just not loud to where your "neighbors will ask you to turn it down". Worth the investment.

  • I bet this promo was recorded using Dynaudio microphones...

  • I have this laptop, best built-in speakers in a laptop i have ever heard, no joke. Im mostly using my headphones, but its loud enough to be heard from downstairs at maximum.

  • built-in soulution amp and magico speakers would be pretty chill.

  • MSi is the fucking shit! I got one of their gaming notebooks and it is AWESOME!

  • lamborghini did not choose dynaudio systems for nothing bitches! FUCK YEAH!

  • what's the title of the background song?

  • mmmm, authentic sound from a notebook ... and now we want to hear how it can fly you home with its powerful fans deveroped with by Boeing.

  • What soundcard does GX660 use?

  • @armymanhaha i think its the THX sound card and its not bad

  • Посади лысеющего потного японца с умным видом перед камерой и все твои ноутбуки разлетятся как горячие пирожки)))

  • @FRAGNUB4FUN I was basing my opinon on quality alone, not on price. And if you knew anyting about quality you would know that the best costs more. Oh, and Bose is not spelled B-o-s-t like you seem to think.

  • I would have to say Bose and Boston Acoustic are the two best sound companies. For laptops I would have to say (besides apple) Asus and Toshiba as far as build quality goes

  • I've heard many high-end audio brands but I've never heard of "dynaudio". What is up with that logo? Looks gross with the way they butcher the Y like that.

MSi is definitely NOT the leading innovative manufacturer of notebook computers. I don't know what they are smoking talking about themselves like they are the two best at what they do.

  • @doomtomb3 I don't think it is fair of you to butcher the brand when you have never heard of it before.

Give yourself a chance to check the brand out first?

  • @omelorette Alright fair enough. Maybe I was having a bad day.

  • @doomtomb3 so you saying altec lansing for laptop is the best sound? you maybe right that msi isn't the leading but it sure beats hp and alienware for the price to performance

  • @doomtomb3 "Looks gross with the way they butcher the Y like that."

ahahahaaa ooh my ass hurts, thanks or making my day! anyway this company is being used in VW vehicles now! my golf GTI has dynaudio! it's a pretty good system! so you can call it popular!

  • @jetpack1986 I posted that comment a year ago and since then I've found out who Dynaudio is =X

  • fail... my qosmio x300 have way better sound system

  • ok why focus on spreakers in a notebook when any 2.1 will be better anyway

  • @witreks Because everybody likes getting paid for useless shit.

  • Certainly beats the B&O speakers on the new Asus notebooks!!!

  • @edge160 what about the HP Envy "Beats Audio" ?

  • @AiDz0r

"Beats Audio", like Monster Cable, is a marketing gimmick created by Dr.Dre and can't compare to REAL Hi-Fi quality of Dynaudio.
