I am on the cops side with this one. Yeah, it was disrespectful but the cops was really just saying “So what the hell do you want me to do about it?" The police are their for our protection, not to play babysitter with our children. You have a problem with raising your kids, take a class on parenting or go and get some help or just not have kids.(That last option is my favorite) Police are there to help you if your in danger, raising children is not a danger, its part of having a family.

They talked about how 911 is a line just for emergencies. People that make calls like your child being rude or whatever, that is not an emergency. A 12-year old who's as big as the parent - I've seen it - if they're on drugs or something and need to be removed from the house - or physically threatening the parent, that parent had every right to call 911. A 12-year old who's as big as the parent - I've seen it - if they're on drugs or something and need to be removed from the house - or physically threatening the parent, that parent had every right to call 911. One of the problems with the generation being brought up today is that their parents don't have a problem with the way they're behaving - too bad more parents don't stand up and say "Enough" like this one did.
