    Lieve groetjes Blue

  • @Bluekke1 thats not good news about Harrie, I shall get in touch with him and see how he is healing :-) Thank you for letting me know and also for your kind words on the video. Much Bright Qi to you and Harrie :-)

  • thanx a lot!

  • @nicledock your very welcome :-) and Thank you ;-)

  • there is a stiffness to this group .... not sure they are aware of the meridiens that are supposed to be stimulated. especially the shoot the bow sequence as others note. For a more fluid and authentic treatment see Jesse Tsao's version.

And yes there are many variations; but this one is off the chart

  • bello

  • cool posts i read them all haha

  • Thank you :-) your welcome ;-)

    Bright Qi your way.

    Mark.

  • It's dean wrong for example in the 'shoot arrow', your movements just spoil your organs with these wrong [in and out] staying in the horse stance for both shootings~~~~worry about the health of you all ~~~~

  • No need to worry, that only creates negative conditioning of Life energy. Better to be happy for those that are taking the time to practice, and to quench your concern everyone in this video and the rest of my students are very healthy in both body & Spirit.

As you will probably already know that there are hundreds of variations and styles of exercises that have evolved over thousands of years from the simple original drawings that were discovered on that piece of silk.

  • I thank you for your concern, but assure you that no organs are being spoiled and the breathing in/out is practised in the most efficient way, after all that is the most important element of the practise of Qigong.

I wish you much Bright Spirit Qi in all you experience.

    Mark.

  • Mark, thank you for your reply.

I focus on the initial requirement s==the balance (not as those ppl's misunderstanding only the like the balance bench)===THE INTERNAL 表 AND 裏,.....and so on.....

  • Its good to be in balance ;)

    Thank you.

  • I started practicing qigong and tai chi about a month ago and I haven't really stopped at all...

    I love it!

WTF is wrong with people in the west?

We don't believe in something we can't see?

Anyway, I can already heal myself at will(only aches and pains) pretty severe ones ,Make anything rise to 105 degrees F and move cups and other small objects.

    This shet is amazingggg!!!

    I can't stop.

It makes me so happy I laugh uncontrolably.

Are any of these things strange to you?

    Nice vid BTW! l0l

  • I am glad that you are finding interest in the practise of Qigong/Tai Chi and that it is making you wonder more about the attitude to Qi/Energy/Consciousness in the west.

I also hope and trust that the flow of Qi that you are cultivating you will allow to develop more both physically and Spiritually so that in time you may see that the practice of Life energy has no boundaries, no judgement, no dislike to an living being - plant, animal and human......

  • .I have no doubt that Qigong practised with focused intention and loving thoughts that anything is possible. Any new student beginning with Qigong will find that while developing Qi externally and internally will in time be able to release any negative blockadges that have built up through their own unaccepted life experiences which will then help them to share the knowledge of the Healing power of Qi to any other living being who is in need of it. - No exeptions!..

  • ...May all of your experiences be full of Bright Qi.

    Spirit Qi

    Mark.

  • Nice Video

  • Your very welcome ')

  • Nice excercises, but, this is not the 8 Brocade.

  • It may not be the brocade you are used to practising, but as you may already know that as the 8 piece brocade were simple drawing found on ancient pieces of silk, and from those drawings, many, many styles have been formed. Most are very similar in their physical actions with the breath, varying slightly but am sure that all are just as effective when united with the breath :)

  • Graceful and peaceful - fascinating to watch.

  • Thank You for your kind words :)

  • So graceful and beautiful to watch, the music makes is peaceful.

  • my mother said that qigong is kind of like breathfighting and when the breath touches u u die and u train by putting some kind of breath and the instructer puts a breakable rock on top of u and the instructer hammers u with a hammer and u dont die. is that true?

  • Thats the first time I;ve heard that explanation, but to put things very simply..Qigong is Universal, every form of energy is practising life and development, whether aware or not. Our development as evolved beings exercise this mostly through awareness of our breath, as it is the most important way we execise Qigong = 'Practise of Life Energy.

  • A masterful presentation...awesome!!!

  • Loved it,nice music,clear mesage!

    Cindy

  • I really enjoyed watching this video showing examples of Qigong exercises. I found it both relaxing and invigorating, so much so that I want to find out more about Qigong Training.

    Thank you for the inspiration.

  • YESS! GREAT! ;) Well done!!
