what im concerned about is the lack of information as to what ebay considers quality leads. this video is not really clear either the dude just thinks its "good"

it's all rubbish!ebay never does anything for affiliates....its all about eBay making money and the continious screwing over of affiliates.They are always making changes and making it difficult more and more....to the point to where all affiliates are just sending free traffic to these affiliate rip off artist.Best thing to do is drop em like a bad habit....plenty of better programs out their!

This is really bad for affiliates period our rates went for making hundreds of dollars to making zero, so yeagh its bad dude

Most are reporting a 80% in their current EPC rate, so I would definately say this is bad for affiliates, regardless how Ebay sugar coats the change.
