The "if-then conditional" does not always appear in traditional "if-then" form, but in the case of Mat 19:17 the hypothesis has been specifically identified.

If Paul is incorrect in Rom 3:28 and Gal 3:11, then LOGICALLY CONCLUDE the truth of the Antecedent (P) without Affirming the Consequent (Q)...

@Netwriter people are still suffering and suffering was caused from wanting something or being stingy. I'm not a christian but I have a bhuddhist religion. Jesus used to do lots of good things but not wanting anything for himself so thats why he can walk on water. People who do good things with pure heart will get goodness. But people who do good things for wanting more good things to happen to himself will get a little bit good. For people who do bad things.....straight to hell.

@Netwriter - Nope, I do not reject the LAW nor does Paul. But since I have broken most of them, I cannot use the LAW as a tool to judge and condemn others. I am called to show grace and forgiveness in the manner that I believe God has shown grace and forgiveness to me through Christ. No one is transformed nor born-again by following the LAW. We are transformed when we realize we are forgiven.

@Netwriter - Jesus' teachings actually makes it impossible for anyone to get to heaven on their own merit by following the LAW. He basically put the religious people in the same boat as the sinners so that no one could boast. It is no longer eye for an eye and tooth for a tooth. It is loving your neighbors and even loving your enemies. Why are we told to love our enemies? Because we were once enemies of God though sin, but he loved and saved us regardless. That is Grace.

@4everPina Yes, actually. I hate when Christians turn the tables on athiests and ask for evidence (Even though there are mounds of scientific evidence disproving happenings in the bible). The only reason you can still hold on to your beliefs (although, I believe that the evidence against christianity utterly obliterates it) is because we have't found jesus. Here, you find something that doesn't exist. We have evidence, you don't.

@rawrleo33 Why are Christians always to blame? We have just as much beliefs as Atheists do. Not all Christians only want to condemn others. The only evidence I need is the Bible. There are things that happen that aren't physically capable and I believe it is God. I'm not going to tell you what to believe or try to convert you and I honestly don't know everything, so it's true I do NOT for a fact know that God exists but I believe it. It sounds like a contradiction but that's how faith works.
