  • I'm a ninja. And a life coach.

  • Excellent stuff. I love these videos and am looking forward to seeing what you come up with next.

  • Interesting channel.... and it was interesting to read the different reactions... I subscribed - I'm looking forward to exploring your video posts :)

  • Superb stuff. So glad I found your channel :)

  • @Ryboy1381 Some people are fat because of health problems. And some people who are fat are perfectly okay with being overweight. Because mentally, they feel beautiful healthy and vibrant. They are happy with what they are.

  • basically some one to run and make ur life choices for u a big waist grow some balls cowboy up take pride in ur self live life dont listen to ignorant people and hints no life coach find a good friend and look for the good

  • Could a Life Coach help a High School Football player win a championship?

  • Change is only scary if you make it scary.

  • first coach yourself to lose weight!

  • That was a really good video. Thanks for sharing that with the rest of us

  • That was really well done. I am glad I got to see that.

  • sounds really supportive.

  • Well that's the stereotypical way of looking at Life Coaching, that it's all rah-rah which I don't think helps the public get a better understanding of what good coaches do.

And what's with the angelic music, I presumed somebody was dying???

  • The difference between therapy and life coaching is that anybody can be a life coach, but to be a therapist takes a certain amount of education (depending on what kind of therapy/therapist one sees) and the therapist must be in some way licensed. A life coach does not need any kind of license or certification to practice and can charge a ton of money just the same.

  • @njrob87 This is an excellent point. A 'life coach', or whatever label you wish to put on it, needs no proper training or certificate or licence set up business. Consequently s/he can use all manner of subtle linguistic techniques to manipulation and psychological ploys to convince you that you are a super-person and nothing is impossible etc. when nothing has fundamentally changed in you except that you find yourself several hundred pounds lighter.

  • @archdeaconj Your actions are driven by your beliefs. If a coach has has helped you change your beliefs then you cannot get more fundamental than that. And btw, I have worked with dozens of other Life Coaches and a tiny, tiny, minority use or even understand language patterns.

  • @timbrownson I've had a look at some of your videos and I have to admit, you're a bit different. The only Life Coaches that I've heard are slimeballs like Tony Robbins (I think that's his name). So you might have something worthwhile to impart. However, I think most, if not all, of this stuff is discoverable without a coach and without books etc. - these truths lie within. However, it may well be that certain kinds of people benefit from a teacher or coach.

  • @archdeaconj There is lots and lots of hard scientific data that now proves not that coaching works, but how it works. Check out the brilliant book Your Brain At Work by David Rock if you want to know more.

  • @timbrownson Why should I even think of checking out ANY book, when all of these truths are discoverable within you? You may want to challenge me on this point (do please), but the way NOT to do it is to tell me to read this or that book. In any case, I'm not saying coaching doesn't work. I acknowledged, did I not, that 'certain kinds of people [may] benefit from a...coach. What I am saying is that it is better that you arrive there yourself.

  • @archdeaconj I suggested you read that book because you have no understanding of coaching yet you are giving an opinion on it. Coaching knows that the answers are in the client and the client always arrives there themselves. A (good) coach is merely a facilitator and not somebody that tells people what to do.

Why do you think some of the most successful people on the planet use coaches? Seriously?

  • @timbrowns Yes, but I'd already said these truths are discoverable 'without books', and you immediately suggested I read a book! How do you know what I understand? OK, a parallel (rather than analogy): suppose you arrive at, say, Taoist or Buddhist truths through insight and contemplation, do you not then have a clearer understanding of them than attending lectures / reading texts? I cannot see that it is any different with the kind of insights and understanding that coaches try to impart.

  • ok

  • i like these vid's

  • Youtube: I'm sorry: No greedy excessive ADVERTISING allowed here. You'll have to pander your shit elsewhere!

  • It's a definitely narcissistic position: "I'm going to guide you, because you are stupid and I'm not". You want that? Ok, then yo must do this and this... BE POSITIVE!

    Personal brainwashing.

  • @Pistolero2020 Not necessarily. If anything, you may call it a brain clean-up, but it's the client who has to do the real work, and only he can decide the right line of action. That's why this is about Coaching, not about Leading or Directing.

You're mixing things up, and I can understand why. There truly is a lot of shit going around out there. At the end of the day it's up to the client to find the coach who's right for him. No two coaches are the same.

    Good luck!... '^L^,

  • @Zhawq Then why not just go to therapy? It's much cheaper and it's based on scientific knowledge. See, I'm a therapist, and to think about some charlatan who can't even get a real job, who is charging so much for selling people the idea that they can get over years and years of maladaptive thought schemes and emotions in a few sessions of "motivation"... I mean, that's nothing new, it's like the panacea, it comes over and over under a different guise... but it's still the same... :) Cheers.

  • People who are saying she's a scam artist...I don't think she is. How many of you people have a best friend who is always negative and you can tell needs a life change? Making change is difficult, anyone that has a meaningful life with know this. And sometimes it's IMPOSSIBLE to do on your own if you're weak minded and depressed. It's nice to have someone, even if you're paying them, say "You have value in this world and you CAN do it."

  • brilliantly done i love lifecoaching its great lifecoachingireland loves it too

  • i don't think anyone can refrain from being judgmental. a lot of people say they don't judge, but they're just lying to others and/or to themselves. someone can ACT like they're not judging you but inside they're still making judgments.

i know someone who wants to be a life coach. ironically, he is depressed over his own problems. so i think another required quality a life coach should have is to not be depressed yourself. because how can you help others if you can't even help yourself?

  • Perhaps she is right. One thing you have a deside for something and you start looking for how to get what you want - learning new language, getting rich or gain new types of friends, but another thing is how to do it effectively. To do it right and not being lazy and loosing your goal from your vision. Maybe I shall get one for myself. Good point.

  • how could anyone this ugly (intellectually as well as physically) coach anybody on anything?

  • great vid. I use reiki and light axis healing to manifest my goals. it works.

  • Since my last comment I checked out other life coach videos as well... Some of them were outrageous... I can understand the point of those who dont fully trust this, I saw some coaches and companies that were clearly about nothing but dollars... ewww.... Nevertheless, I think there are!life coaches who do their job with passion and devotion, and the life coach function itself is important and should prosper... Please, do something about those crooks.

  • BULLSHIT ADVERTISEMENTS, FUCK YOU MOJO, fucking all you care about is money.

  • A friend, a coach, a counselor... all God sent! They play different roles. If your friend can ask the right questions and hold you accountable for where you truly want to be, tell them about being a coach. A true friend listens, but there's more. I understand the reservations. Counseling may be better for some dealing with past issues; it has it's own purpose. Coaching is about making your present and future better. Helping you to achieve what you haven't so far. It was very rewarding for me.

  • War. Fashion. Cigarettes. Mobilephones that are too clever. Bigger TV-s, bigger boobs, bigger BigMacs. People are willing to pay for all the useless things, you see...

  • and how to contact you it is not obvious......? Mojo is not your website

  • Fake and Gay. :)

  • Welllllllllll,, I posted my posts in sections as my thought was longer than one post would allow. And of course then I posted everything in reverse of how I should have posted. If give a hoot about what I've said, read from oldest post first. This below is the last very end bit of my current post.

These epiphanies, motivations etc are internally created by the client. The more the client is able to do this the more competent, confident, empowered and motivated the client becomes.

  • Coaching is not for everyone. First and foremost it is for those that are considering or are ready to make a change but have yet to figure out what the change is or how to go about it. The coach is not a consultant that figures it out for and tells the client what and/or how to change. The coach is educated/trained to create a relationship with the client that fosters epiphany, motivation, etc such that the client determines everything themselves.

  • Coaching is still very much in its infancy. Working with a life coach at this point is still a bit of a gamble as some are educated, well trained and competent,, others took a weekend course to escape their swing shift at the 7/11 store. Coaching appears to be more than a S.F. CA airy fairy fad or trend. University "research" is happening - most notably Harvard. Colleges and universities have and are developing degree curriculum. Coaching is on the verge of becoming a profession.

  • Asking great questions is powerful. Asking "the right" great questions is totally on purpose and a learned, practiced and highly evolved skill. Most people "listen to respond" as opposed to "listening to understand". A good life coach or business coach can be an invaluable and in fact life changing service provider as fundamental in assisting you with your long term health as any doctor.

    Great stuff. Thanks for posting.

    @ simplelistingsystem

  • Boy guys, I sure can't wait to pay some unqualified stranger my hard earned money to speak in platitudes at me about "positive affirmations". The inflated ego of these so called "professionals" is astounding.

I wonder if the "expert" in the video can help me with my over eating issues?

  • This is the stupidiest thing I've ever heard in my life. What is amazing is that these "professionals" really can convince people that they need them. How can you expect to be succesful if you cannot motivate yourself, guide yourself, make decisions? Better give up. To pay someone to ask you questions? What do they know about you? Why are they more knowledgeable than you to tell you what to do? I can't believe my ears sometimes.

  • Life Coaching is simple. You're only as good as what you've learned. A true life coach is an expert in something few people ever learn, how to live well and successfully. You learned reading, writing and arithmetic in school, but never learned how to make dreams come true, love yourself, master emotions, communicate powerfully, and create deep, inspiring, healthy relationships. Real coaching gives you everything you're looking for about the art and science of happiness. I help people everyday.

  • Sounds good to me.

  • THIS IS PIMPIN!!!

  • So true, direction in life, someone to cheer you on, great video.

  • Life coaching is a complete and obvious fraud. Unbelievable. "Therapy deals with unresolved issues in your life. Coaching deals with where you are NOW."

Exactly. Never mind that broken ankle, man! Get up on WALK!"

    Dangerous.

  • Great information. I think of a life coach as having someone who will listen to you unconditionally, like a good friend, but who know what to do to help you move in any direction you want. Life coaches also help people discover how wonderful they are and to see the opportunities in their lives.

  • So a personal coach is a hybrid of a rent-a-friend and an unqualified counsellor?

Friends are for that support, and counsellors/shrinks assist in the fine-print of emotional/mental troubles.

Only where I come from, counselling is free, as are some related services, and a -real- friend can't be rented.

Forgive my skepticism, but it sounds like life coaches are goodly people who want pay for being good (which negates itself)... or armchair psychologists who profit from the needy.

  • If you are getting everything you want from life my friend well then I would say Coaching is not for you :)))

  • Coaches have to take a course and pass an exam. A psychologist&coach friend of mine says that coaching is different than a therapy, and it can be a great process to many people.

Where I live, counselling is not for free, and friends do not always respect your points of view.

As hellospider said, coaching is not for everybody, but ¿do you think, it could be possible that some people can get benefits from a process of self-discovery, goals setting and taking action?

  • @Sneakysneaky88 Can you put a price on accomplishing your life's dreams? Why do so many people who have friends pay 300 per hour to a clinical psychologist, when they don't have a mental disorder? Most people (myself included) need someone to hold them accountable. I believe most people do not reach their full potential, and they have parents and friends and psychiatrists.. so what'sgoing on? People learn skills in school, but not the right skills to be successful. Nobody does it alone. Nobody.

  • @Sneakysneaky88 Money, is money, and if people are willing to pay money for it, why not capitalize on it?

  • @Sneakysneaky88

My dear friend, you have a fabulous point! My Twin and I like to go around and point out the obvious. Too bad, we were going to post something similar to what you said. But it seems you beat us to the punch about a year ahead.

Thanks, and love from the Twins!

  • @Sneakysneaky88 "Man never on any account wants to pay for anything; and above all he does not want to pay for what is most important for him. You now know that everything must be paid for and that it must be paid for in proportion to what is received. But usually a man thinks to the contrary. For trifles, for things that are perfectly useless to him, he will pay anything. But for something important, never. This must come to him of itself." Gurdijeff

  • @guzsaj And yet a mere glance out of your front door will show you countless people and organisations who claim they have what you 'need', for a fee, be it time, devotion, or money. In-keeping with your own point, paying for professional help or therapy from those with substantial qualifications (medical certification and scientific backing) would be better. Then on the other side of it, no amount of money can purchase a real friend.

  • @Sneakysneaky88

Don't talk about something you have no idea. According to you every psychologist, shrink, therapist are not important, either, right? I feel sorry for you if you met uncqalified coach, but it's foolery of yours, not coaching's fault generally. Professional coach have special tools that are unique for this profession and have nothing in common with being friend (????) or counsellor, (:(), shrink, trainer, etc. Don't listen only, try to understand what you listen, too.

  • @Sneakysneaky88 why won't you allow yourself to have a coaching session or a workshop and see for yourself. Coaching is much more complex than what she said, this video doesnt give justice to this matter. And dont think im talking bla bla, cause I make part of a coaching team. Anyways, im not here to offend in any way, just want to give you a "push" to coaching direction, because no matter who you are coaching is a tool very essential in life, and its not about earning money, its about seeing

  • @Sneakysneaky88 other people triunfe with the help you gave'em. :) anyways best luck for you in your life and hopefully stop being so skeptical about these things. ;)

  • so what the heck does thos coach do?? sit at a table and talk with you?

  • funny cause she smiles every time she says diet... she might be nervous about it.

Well I am a personal trainer, if you need a exercise coach... here I am ;-)

  • She might want to find an exercise coach.

  • omg you are horrible hahahahahaha

  • Hello everyone from james who is crying right know i love all of you as much as love life cause just expereinced how much i love life so i hope you love me to. :)

  • i sell life coach t-shirts at my site. click on my profile.

  • Great video,

We are not perfect and sometimes,

Things will be a lot easier if there is someone to guide us!

    Hanan Nagi

  • Here there are a lo people that judg her instead to listem what she speak.

  • One of the best videos I've seen!

  • Client: How do I lose weight Terry?

    Terry: Haven't a clue!

    :)

  • @unclelez

Repeat this positive affirmation after me!

"I'm not fat, I'm just big boned"

"I'm not fat, I'm just big boned"

"I'm not fat, I'm just big boned"

Now don't you feel better about your weight? That will be $50 please. :)

  • @EccentricSage

until you gettin more clever don't write here please.

  • god is she exhausting!

  • Hi! there is an organization called ICF (International Coaching Federation) and to get your name of coach you have to get education in the subject plus practice, that could take you one year or more.. See the Coach University, as example.

  • A Life Coach never gives advice - they ask powerful questions that help the client seek the advice that works best for them.

  • @BrianMelb but sometimes the answer's aren't apparent inside or accessiable, just talking about issue's is not a solution, after all if you have OCD you might be thinking about them all the time. Someone saying "let it go", or "move on" can be helpful than talking for days about a difficult relationship, or someone saying "leave him, he's no good for you". Or get another job, as you can get stuck, in a no win situation, or apparently no win, and it can be better to release it, with Love.

  • You are missing the point and have no idea what you are talking about.

  • Client: I need a Life coach.

    Life coach: What's your problem?

    Client: Low self esteem.

Coach: Hmmm...You'll have to take 20 sessions at $200 per session.

    Client: I can't afford that!

Coach: Get away from me, you loser!

  • excellent video

  • The interviewer is HOT! FYI...

  • You need no college or high school training to become a life coach, but life coaching is a very powerful job and they make good money about 50 thousands out of a year

  • When was the last time a degree taught anyone anything?

  • Lots of schools can provide you practice and knowledge.. but see they are accreditated with the ICF.

  • Great!

Everyone needs a life coach at some point in their life!
