Then add the fact that unless the whole thing was fake, he was actually violating the law by making prank calls to the fire department. Albeit rare, firefighters have been killed responding to false alarms. In this case they were not dispatched, but innocent people can and have died when seconds count and a dispatcher is wasting time with a moron like this.
