Black rocks? If you mean the darker rocks of the same shape and size, then yes, you'll discover that power later in the game.

ahh, digging for the flute, good times, good times. ya i spent a good 6hrs total in the dark world my first time looking for the flute. 3 minutes goofing off in the light world, I found it.

Do you remember that at the end of the game the last quote was that the master sword went to rest again forever

I think rhis is a hint that Alttp is the "last" game in the stroyline, if you went up to Ganon in the pyramid with the Master Swrod (not tempered, nor goldened),....the Giant piece of bacon couldn't be harm with the Master Sword!!!,believe me, if not....try to do it...only the bosses will be a little longer to beat!...but's true!.

I agree that ALttP is probably the last game featuring the Master Sword, yes. Supposedly, Zeldas 1 and 2 comes after this, but not featuring the Master Sword, and also featuring a Link from a different bloodline, as the Link in this game is supposedly the "last of the Knight's bloodline," the Knights of course referring to the Knights of Hyrule in the legend.

So yeah, relative to the most accepted timeline theory, you're correct. =)
