Um i just extracted files to folder but didnt get skyrim installer i got Kaos installer or something .exe so i run that and it takes me to an installer and now i guess it's extracting skyrim files from (KaOs.arc)

For the new one where there is 17 downloads, after i download them all and extract, there is no "setup." there is a "install" and when i open that there is a installer that has a woman in a bikini for some reason and its partly in another language. and when i tell it to install it pulls up a window saying Volume ID and the options are OK and "abbrechen" which i looked up to mean cancel.... and if i hit OK it just comes back up. ive hit OK like 300 times and it keeps on coming.....
